The R1T is Rivian's electric pickup: a dual, tri or quad-motor truck depending on specification, with adaptive air suspension that raises and lowers ride height, a large battery pack under the floor and a load bed rated for real work. It is heavy, quick and often used for towing or rough surfaces, and each of those uses shows up in the service record — brakes and tyres wear faster, suspension components take more load, and the battery's cooling system works harder when towing in heat. At EVS we service the R1T with drive unit and inverter diagnostics, battery state-of-health and thermal testing, air suspension repair, brake and tyre service and software verification.

Yes. Towing raises battery and motor temperatures and loads the brakes and suspension. We inspect cooling performance, brake condition and suspension components more closely on a truck used for towing.
Yes. We diagnose compressor, air spring and height-sensor faults, replace the failed component and recalibrate ride height so the vehicle levels correctly again.
Yes. Warranty-related repair and maintenance is carried out to manufacturer procedure and documented so your coverage stays valid.
