Battery & Electrical Services

High-Voltage Battery Repairs

Diagnosis and repair at module level, covering weak cells, failing contactors and power delivery that drops away under sustained load.

Low-Voltage Electrical Diagnostics

The 12V system still runs locking, lighting, control circuits and wake-up, and it is still what strands most cars. We trace faults rather than swap parts speculatively.

Battery Health & Thermal Management

Coolant circuits, pumps, sensors and cooling units. Between summer heat and Gulf humidity, thermal performance is what decides how a pack ages here.

Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Repairs

The PDU routes high-voltage energy around the car. We diagnose faults reaching the inverter, the drive motor and the safety interlocks that protect both.

Charging Port Repair

Corroded or burnt pins, failed latches, moisture ingress and ports that no longer complete a handshake with the charger.

Charging Port Conversions

Converting a port to the connector standard used by Qatar's public charging network, so an imported vehicle can actually charge outside your driveway.

Charging Port Upgrades

Raising charging speed or capacity where the vehicle supports it, including the cabling and control-side changes that have to go with it.

Sensor & ECU Replacements

Failed sensors and control units replaced and coded to the vehicle, so readings, safety functions and network communication all behave correctly afterwards.

Infotainment & Camera System Support

Dead or ghost-touching screens, cameras that refuse to calibrate, and connectivity faults across the vehicle's display and camera systems.

Wiring, Fuse & Harness Repairs

Shorts, chafed looms, corroded terminals and blown fuses behind the intermittent faults that no amount of part-swapping ever resolves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Range falling away faster than it used to, charging that stops short of full, warning lights that appear in afternoon heat, or accessories behaving strangely. Any of them is worth reading early, while the car is still driveable.

Sustained high temperature is the biggest single influence on how fast a traction pack degrades, and it acts on the car parked as much as driven. Coastal humidity adds a second problem, corroding connectors and terminals, which is why we inspect the electrical side as well as the pack itself.

Frequently not. A large share of faults come down to one module, a contactor or a sensor. We diagnose at module level first, because condemning an entire pack when a single component has failed is expensive and usually unnecessary.

Diagnostics are normally completed the same day. Repair or replacement typically runs one to two working days, depending on parts availability and how far the pack has to be dismantled.

Yes. Port conversions, repairs and speed upgrades are routine work for us, and they are among the most common requests from owners of vehicles imported from other markets.

Treat it as urgent. An EV protects itself by limiting power or shutting the high-voltage system down, so a light that flickers on today is often a fault that will leave you stationary later. Book while you can still drive in.
