About Rivian R1S.
The R1S is Rivian's SUV: the same skateboard platform, battery and multi-motor drivetrain as the R1T, wrapped in a three-row family body with adaptive air suspension and a strong towing rating. Because it is used as a family vehicle it accumulates mileage quickly, and because it is heavy it does so at the expense of tyres and brakes. The electronics matter as much as the hardware — assistance sensors need calibrating after glass or bumper work, and control modules need correct software. At EVS we service the R1S with battery health and thermal testing, drive unit diagnostics, air suspension and brake work, tyre and alignment service and warranty-related repair.
